Hello, I'm Huyen, or Ally to my friends. If you're reading this, you've found the little corner of the internet I've wanted to build for a long time. Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
Why I'm starting this #
I've always been someone who notices small things: the way the light falls on a street in a city I've just arrived in, a sentence in a book I read three times, the pure happiness of a dog who is glad to see you. For a long time those moments stayed in my head, in a photo on my phone, or in a half-finished note. This blog is where I finally give them somewhere to live.
A little about me #
I'm a dog person through and through, and I love traveling, reading, and writing. My path has taken me from my years at Foreign Trade University to working alongside people from many different cultures. Every new beginning has taught me something, usually that there is far more to learn than I expected, and that most good things start with a conversation.

- Photographs in the gallery, because some things are better remembered as pictures.
- And now and then, a little of the science I can't stop being curious about: molecules, batteries, and the small things that power big ones.
